I would like to add that, although, there is no information on the ADC
II, you can get info on the ADC here:

Google's release date schedule is available here:

You might want to take a look at the gallery of apps from the first
ADC.  It should give you a good idea of what you can do with Android:
http://code.google.com/android/adc_gallery/
