Thanks - it was zipped with WinRAR which I
didn't pick up on. The first time I extracted the files I had lots of CRC
errors so I downloaded the SDK again from Google's site. Now I still have
three CRC errors as follows:

I wonder if I should download the SDK again? Are the above files
important.

It seems like its a problem with the unzip utility on your OS. You need to
install WinRAR. From a quick search on your error code I found this

I am just trying to unzip the file. It only
gets as far as this error code. I don't know what the error code means
