Hi Experts, I am trying to run an matrix operation ( transpose) for a mxn matrix where m=5400 rows and n=45 columns. It is crashing with the following error message.

I have already added more working memory by updating dx.bat file with - Xms900M -Xmx1024M. My question is that how to optimize memory utilization and what else can do to ensure my app runs properly.
