Hello Easan:

I'm a bit confused. Please clarify;

a) you can't run Eclipse OR
b) you can't run an application from Eclipse

The solution to the problem would be different and I don't want to give you
too much to do to solve a problem you don't have.

Also please remind me, are you running Windows/XP?
