I installed from the local zip file and still can't get it to work.

Europa and Gany, JDK5 and 6, all fail.

Plug-in com.android.ide.eclipse.adt was unable to load class
com.android.ide.eclipse.adt.project.internal.NewProjectWizard.
An error occurred while automatically activating bundle
com.android.ide.eclipse.adt (212).

Bothersome. Nothing else is running..
