Had the same thing about 12 hours ago. Eventually it worked after

Hi,
I'm trying to install the Android Development Tool (ADT) in Eclipse
Ganymede (3.4) but the URL https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse/

How can i do to resolve this problem?
Thanks
