I have a partial solution of that problem I run a program in "DMMS View" in Eclipse. When the emulator opens, return to eclipse and in the Devices tab, click a button "reset adb". You must do this before appear that disconnected message. You will see some errors about resetting the server, but don't worry. When the emulator finnally boot, you won't see that "disconnected" message and the program will run. It works for me.
