There currently is no official way to sync the G1 with MS Outlook. So far as I know, here are the methods for getting email on your G1:
1) The standard method is syncing with Google gmail. You can setup gmail to download email from up to 5 different POP3/IMAP accounts, and they will appear as gmail emails. 2) Use a separate program to download POP3/IMAP emails directly on your G1.
