No there is no data sync application for Android. But you can mount the SD card as an external drive and drag and drop any data to your PC. The real question is what do you want to transfer? Contacts and Calendar? Cause if that is all you want to copy, that is stored via Google e-mail and calendar. So, there is no need to sync that data. What else would you want to sync?
