I've used both in the past. I initially missed some of what Netbeans had (seemed less buggy, easier to use) when starting with eclipse. Now, that I'm over the learning curve, I much prefer eclipse. The Android integration is so well done in eclipse, it is definitely worth giving it a try. You'll find many tasks are done for you within the eclipse GUI.
