Hello everyone, I am new to Android, just joined this group. I have been going through the documentation for Android, got the plugin for eclipse and tried some sample apps. Having gone through Android's architectural framework..
I would now want to invite a discussion/views/ comments of the Android user community on developing a 4G IMS client on the Android framework. I believe that the IMS telco industry is missing this component badly, and in my view Android is an ideal platform for such a client. I have development experience on the IMS server side nodes, but an IMS client for handsets is a crucial link that is being missed today. Some IMS client vendors that are present have 'siloed' IMS client solutions, which have major interworking issues. I believe that such client software can be developed in open source, especially on Android. So, if anyone has any views/suggestions on this subject, please feel free to brainstorm with me here. Thanks, with regards Aayush India. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Beginners" group.
