Is there a way to detect when a map view has been scrolled? For instance, say the user was zoomed in on Alcatraz Island, and they scrolled/panned on over to San Francisco proper (say Pier 39), is there a way to detect when that happens? I would expect that there should be a listener that I could create for such an event, but I haven't noticed one yet.
