I'm interested in a similar application and came to the same
problem of deleting the cache.
whats your way of timing?
timestamp when opening the connection (or starting the intent), ok.
but how do you know, that the download is finished?
is it a differents (or faster) if you don't display the page in the
browser
but only download it?
