Hi,
Please follow the steps to upgrade the SDk
1) go to tools directory of antroid sdk in command prompt
ex: $home\android-sdk-windows-1.0_r2\android-sdk-windows-1.0_r2\tools
$home is the directory in which antroid is installed
2 ) run the emulator with -wipe-data option
ex :emulator -wipe-data
