Hi,

I have Arch Linux 64 bit version on my computer. Today, I installed
eclipse 3.4.1 using pacman. I uninstalled openjdk6 and installed Sun
JDK. Then I ran hello world application on eclipse and everything
worked.

Then I downloaded the zip android file and extracted it on my home
folder. I installed ADT according to the instructions provided in
android home page. However, due to not having swt installed, I wasn't
able to get Android editor installed.

In the next step, I had to add the android SDK directory to the
eclipse by going to Window - Preference - Android and adding the
extracted zip address in it. However, when I press apply it gives me
the following error:

[2009-03-05 18:23:24 - adb]Failed to get the adb version: Cannot run
program "/home/myname/android/sdk/tools/adb": java.io.IOException:
error=2, No such file or directory

Note that my android files are extracted in the following directory: /
home/myname/android/sdk/

I just checked the address and found out that adb actually exists.

Any idea what the problem is?
