Hi , you can changes icon what you like , you only need changed two places. first , you should place a icon what you like instead of your workspaces/projectname/res/drawable/icon.png. second, you should change AndroidManifest.xml file as following: ... <application android:icon="@drawable/youricon name" .. that is oK
