The first 2 links are not dead, it's just that there is not default index.html
Try https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse/site.xml

As for the last link, code.google.com is not the official web site of
the Android SDK, it's developer.android.com
Try http://developer.android.com/sdk/adt_download.html if you wish to
download ADT manually.
