AFAIK, shift keys do not have ASCII codes on any platform, let alone
Android. Rather, they modify codes of other keystrokes.

In Android, keypresses are normally represented by KeyEvent objects, and
you can call isShiftPressed() to see if the Shift key was pressed at the
time.
