The problem here is that the zip file hosted by google is broken. I've just created a zip file with the plugin jar's files in it. I got this files from an installation that i did on another computer 2 or 3 weeks ago.
You can download the file from here: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=NZ3EEB70 To install it, just unzip this file inside the plugins directory under eclipse's root. You might need to run eclipse with the "-clean" option. This is not the best way to install it, but it worked for me.
