*If* I am understanding your problem correctly, you need to get to the
Android through Eclipse.
Launch Eclipse. Once it finishes loading, go to the first drop down
menu "File". The first item on the menu should be "New". When you
"mouse over" it, you should see a selection, of which the second is
"Project." Click on that.
Now, if you have the SDK installed correctly, you should see an option
in the wizard list "Andoid". If you expand that, you should see
"Android Project". Select that, then "Next" and you should be on your
way.
