Hola Gabriel, I was/am having the same problem.
Xavier gave me this not and link to follow: "Make sure you've followed all the steps at http://developer.android.com/sdk/1.5_r1/upgrading.html#UpdateYourProjects" Which worked. The other thing that worked was to revert the sdk back to 1.1. I am still confused, though, if I create a brand new project, why do I have to update it?
