Is there a way to make my application start whenever an incoming call is being received? As a three part question, is there a listener that would tell me when a call is incoming (at the screen that shows who is calling, but not yet answered), would this best be implemented as a application or a service, and finally what would need to be done to begin the application or service when a call is received?
