You also need to set up the "Run Configuration". One way to do this is by right-clicking on the project in the left pane, and selecting Run As -> Run Configurations. In left side of the resultant popup dialog, click on the little icon for "new launch configuration" (you will find it above where it says "type filter text"), to create a run configuration. On the right side of the dialog, type in your project name and then select the "Target" tab and pick one of the AVDs in the list there. Hope this helps.
