I had a similar problem and had tried all the methods mentioned above and it still did not work. However, I noticed that my registry entries are starting with "vid_0bb4&pid_0c03" instead of "vid_0bb4&pid_0c02". It seems to me that my product id is different from the one in the SDK and that could be why it did not work. Can anyone advise on this?
