I am very new to the Android SDK, I cannot get the emulator to run, I have looked to the community board and I cannot figure out how to create and AVD file/folder, where am I suppose to create this? I just want to run the emulator so I can test the browser, I do not want to create any embedded applictaions, please please help, every time I do, "android creat avd..." it says command not found, please please help!
