Voice search is disabled in the UK as well, from my understanding it has something to do with the build customisations made by the service providers.
I don't think you can turn it on, at least I've never heard of a way to do it. Vodafone might be able to shed some light as to why they chose to disable it. One thing I missed is the voice search function. I know that it only support English right now, but not all people have trouble on English. Although I'm not in US, and I'm not a native English speaker, I can speak English too. So if that is possible, I'd like to enable the voice search feature of apps (i.e. Google Search, Google Map). How am I supposed to do that? Or is there any way to do so?
