Well, you are right. Other people seem to be seeing the same issue.

I don't know if this has something to do with the fact that I'm on a
Mac and you said you were using Windows XP.

I have the 1.5 SDK for MacOS and the avd I used has a  target of
Android 1.5.

Do you have a logcat output that you could post ?
