Dear Jack, Thank you for the help with my checkbox reality check. When I programmed the button, there was a point in my onResume method where I have to call setEnabled(false). When switching from a button to a CheckBox, I missed that piece of code. It was easy to correct and is now working as expected. Cheers! Beth
