The system requirements for the Android SDK on Windows are Windows XP (32-bit) or Vista (32- or 64-bit). But to quote Henry Ford, "Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your eyes off your goal." So to set ADBHOST or any environment variable on Windows NT, follow the instructions in this link: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/100843
