When you start Eclipse and go to Eclipse -> Preferences -> Android you
should select the Android 1.5 SDK.

If you selected the SDK correctly you should see the following

TargetName = Android 1.5
Platform = 1.5
API level = 3

Make sure that you have in your Android SDK 1.5 the correct version of
adb (I don't see a reason why there should be an old version but you
never know .....)
