Does the G1 Magnetometer occasionally recalibrate either in hardware or in the operating system. I have collected some magnetometer data over time and have seen some discontinuous behavior that looks like a reset.
Also, does anyone know what the actual 3-axis magnetometer hardware is used in the G1? Thanks!
