The android source code is available from http://source.android.com/download

you download it in a folder named <android_source_code>

and next you can build the ADT version 0.9.2 with this command line :

<android_source_code>/development/tools/eclipse/scripts/
build_server.sh <destination-directory> [build-number]

The plugin is builded, you can start your eclipse ide version >=3.3
and install the new ADT version :

Help / Install New Software / Add / Archive / <destination-
directory> / android-eclipse-[build-number].zip

Continue the installation, restart eclipse and have fun ^^'
