I don't know what is wrong with activity-part of my code. How can I
run my code with avd? I run my program by choosing option Android
Application as there is no possibility to choose avd.

package org.qwerty.com;

import android.app.Activity;
import android.os.Bundle;
import android.widget.TextView;

public class HelloWorld extends Activity {
           /** Called when the activity is first created. */
           @Override
           public void onCreate(Bundle savedInstanceState) {
               super.onCreate(savedInstanceState);
               TextView tv = new TextView(this);
               tv.setText("Hello, Android");
               setContentView(tv);
           }
}
