Hello everyone. I having a few beginners problems with the AVD when using Eclipse. When I launch a project through eclipse when i have no AVD running, it will boot up and then only actually launch my app (just the helloAndroid one) 50% of the time, with no errors when it fails to launch. I have been leaving one AVD instance open so I dont have to wait for it to boot every run. Sometimes i get the error msg below
Emulator]emulator: ERROR: the user data image is used by another emulator. aborting so i tried setting in eclipse 'run as' -> 'run config' and setting the target to manuel, so when i run i can manually choose from a running AVD, but when i do this the list is empty even when i have the emulator running. Could anyone tell me the possible cause of these problems?
