Ok, for us noobs who are new to this, you may get confused time to time. I have created an auto AVD maker for those who are confused on how to do it in the command prompt. All you need to do is enter the "tools" location the first time then there you go! Just input the name and target and your good.
If something don't work properly, make sure your SDK and JDK are installed properly! This runs on .NET Framework, so if your computer did not come with it you will need to get it, google it!
