I assume you installed the Java SDK kit already? If not install it now. If so start Eclipse, then click on "Window" in the file menu, then "Preferences". In the Preferences dialog find the navigation entry named "Java" and click on the little arrow next to it, in the menu that drops down click on "Installed JREs". You will see a list of any installed JREs on the right side.
You should see your installed JDK in the box, if not...click the "Add" button, click "Standard VM" then the "Next" button, then in the resulting dialog box navigate to the location of your JDK using the File button, then click "Finish". You should now see your installed JDK in the "Installed JREs" list, be sure that it's checked, then click the "OK" button.
