Exactly 30%, same.

The $99 is per year, just FYI.  And be realistic, anyone (myself
included) who can afford a Mac and an iPhone can afford the developer
fee.

I had no problems developing for the iPhone.  I can tell you the API
docs are much better than Android's are currently.  API docs are
nothing without focused usage examples.
