hey ayyappa appana thanks for your reply.. i've changed the scope of this project. now instead of using a paid sms gateway, i am using an old nokia 6300 phone connected to the server and make it send the text messsages when required. there is Ozeki NG SMS gateway and Ozeki Message Server 6. i am trying to use Ozeki Message Server 6 for this application. i can now send the messages using this application. the only thing i require to do is make the web application to send a http request to the Message Server and then this application will send the sms using the phone. the only problem is i don't know how to configure this http request to be sent to the server :S
