Not sure you can do that with the Android Market. You would have to do some sort of service on your own site and every time you publish an update, update the part of your site that determines if there is a newer version on your app...
Or you can do what I do... Just provide an option to launch the Market with parameters that display your apps. They will then get to see every app you have published and what they have installed or not.
