In my "Builders" tab of the Project Properties, there is only the Wind
River item, "Wind River VxWorks Image Builder." I didn't see any
Android-related stuff in there.

Of course, when I open my Android workspace, it automatically loads
the SDK and its Builders tab shows 4 items, Android Resource Manager,
Android Pre Compiler, Java Builder, and Android Package Builder.
