SG If you have been to the market recently you should not be surprised that many 'silly' apps get quite popular.
So 'worth' is a objective question; - will it enhance your java and android knowledge and experience? - will you enjoy and use the finished product? - do you pursue more in life than money? If your answering yes to any or all of those questions, I would say Yes, it is worth it. (as for if any Quote of the Day apps exist, probably.. Run a search in the market.)
