Did you download the SDKs after installing the ADT? That is a common issue
I've seen. You install the ADT plugin, then you have to go into Eclipse
PRefs and select Android and on the right is the SDK location field. You
have to make sure you point that to your <android adk install>/tools folder.
IF you've done that, then you should be able to run ADB, either at the
command line, or using the Eclipse Windows->Android ADB. When that starts up
you get a separate window.. with three items on the left. I think they are
Available, Installed, and something else. What you have to do is select
Available on the left, then on the right all the SDKs and such show up. I
just selected ALL on the right, and installed it all. Once you do this, I
think you restart Eclipse.. then all should be good to go. If you did all
this and have the SDKs downloaded, then I am not sure what the problem is.
