The website if for users to be able to go to to see what your application is
about.  If you notice in the Market, almost all apps have a "Visit the
developer's Web page" at the bottom of the listing.  This is the website
that the developer gave.  Remember that you only have 325 characters for the
market listing description.  That might seem like a lot, but it's not.  It
will go by quickly.

For the namespace, you need to make it something unique.  You don't want to
have the same as somebody else.  For example, mine is:
 com.myLastName.MyProjectName.
