This is what I do: - You have to allow the phone to install non-market apps in the settings. - Put your .apk files on your phone's SD card. - Then, what I do is use "Apps Organizer" to install the .apk files from the SD card
Unfortunately, you have to get the "Apps Organizer" app from the Market. There may be another way to do but that is how I do it.
