This is asked alot. Search this group and the developer group for "map
balloon" or "map popup" or something along those lines.

The basic idea is to add your own view that contains a button (or whatever
you want) to the MapView you have using the MapView.LayoutParams - that lets
you place any view at a specific geo-location on the map.
