I am going to go out on a limb here and say that the underlying linux OS that android runs on probably runs on intel, but as far as I know the Android JVM.. and hence the NDK native code is compiled for ARM processor only. If there is an Android OS that runs on Intel.. that you can boot into, please someone post a link to how to do that. That would be nice to be able to play with.
