I'm running Win7 Home Premium (upgraded from Vista Home Premium). Everything works fine. I haven't hit anything that I would consider a Windows 7 issue (haven't really had any issues at all).
If you've exhausted everything else then I can only suggest a complete wipe of any eclipse and android bits (manually if needed) and a full reinstall of them.
