Hi Rock,

I'm facing the same issue. I have followed the exact example and the
emulator is starting up but no sign of "Hello Android".
The output in eclipse:

[2010-01-26 10:20:06 - Locator]The launch will only sync the
application package on the device!

[2010-01-26 10:20:06 - Locator]Automatic Target Mode: Preferred AVD
'my_avd' is available on emulator 'emulator-5554'
[2010-01-26 10:20:06 - Locator]Uploading Locator.apk onto device
'emulator-5554'
[2010-01-26 10:20:06 - Locator]Installing Locator.apk...
[2010-01-26 10:20:07 - Locator]Success!
[2010-01-26 10:20:07 - Locator]\Locator\bin\Locator.apk installed on
device
[2010-01-26 10:20:07 - Locator]Done!

I'm running Windows 7 EN (64 bits)
Eclipse Galileo.

Can anyone please advise...
