I'm really confused on what you are asking as well. If you understand python, and are diving in to Android and presumably know some Java, surely you can figure out how to find a notepad, editor, ide, what have you? That is why I am confused.. I would guess you could figure that out, or at least how to search for something on the net. So is it something else you are trying to ask about?
