Hi, Eclipse is looking for you to point it to the parent directory of the tools folder. If adb.exe is not in the tools folder use Eclipse's Software Updater [ Help -> Sofware Updates ] using this URL https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse/ if you are having problems an over view is available here. http://developer.android.com/sdk/eclipse-adt.html
